These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are made between you and Lookforbeauty.com to govern your participation in the Lookforbeauty.com Affiliate program.
- Registration and your account. Lookforbeauty.com allows you to register for the Affiliate Program to earn money by effectively promoting the Site to generate sales.
- Registration. To participate in the Program, you must complete the online registration tools. Lookforbeauty.com may, in its sole discretion, reject your application and terminate the agreement for any reason.
- Accurate Information. You agree to provide Lookforbeauty.com with complete and accurate information about you. Lookforbeauty.com has the right to confirm and check this information at any time.
- Your Relationship With Lookforbeauty.com. You may not in any manner misrepresent or embellish your relationship between Lookforbeauty.com. Your participation in the Program does not constitute a contractual relationship.
- Your Participation in the Affiliate Program
- Program Terms. The Program Terms define approved methods and activities that will qualify for payment.
- Links. Lookforbeauty.com will provide you with an HTML code to link to the Site. You are not allowed to modify this.
- Commission. You will be compensated for each sale generated through your site link in accordance with the then-current payment schedule. The payments will be calculated based on 10% commission.
- Payments.
- Timing. Payment will be made monthly for transactions completed for the previous month.
- Form of Payment. You can collect payments with a verified PayPal account.
- Tax. The payment rate used for computing compensation paid to you is inclusive of any and all taxes owed by you. These are your responsibility.
- Non-Payment, Withholding, Reversal and Chargebacks
- Lookforbeauty.com shall have no duty to pay you if you were in breach of this Agreement.
- Lookforbeauty.com reserves the right to withhold payment if Lookforbeauty.com, in its sole discretion, has reason to believe that you have breached this Agreement.
- Lookforbeauty.com may debit your account in an amount equal to a payment previously made to you or a compensation that has been credited to your account, but has not been paid out yet, if Lookforbeauty.com determines, in its sole discretion, that there has been (i) duplicate entry or other clear error; (ii) non-bona fide transactions or other fraudulent activity; (iii) breach of, or other failure to complete or reversal of the Qualifying Transaction; or (iv) failure to comply with this Agreement
- Lookforbeauty.com may apply a chargeback to your account at any time, including previous payment cycles.
- Restricted Activities.
- Compliance with Laws. Your participation in the Program must be in compliance with all local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure these are met.
- Code of Conduct. You will not cause any clicks to be made that are: not in good faith, unethical, indecent or illegal.
- Infringement You may not use 3rd party intellectual property.
- Special Promotional Methods. Promotional Methods other than a Link on your own website cannot be used before obtaining Lookforbeauty.com’s permission.
- Compliance, Monitoring and Remedies.
- Right to Monitor and Audit. You agree that Lookforbeauty.com may monitor or audit your sites or activities.
- Suspension. If Lookforbeauty.com suspends your account from the Program, you will no longer get paid for any future activity and you are required to immediately remove all existing Links.
- Term and Termination.
- Term This Agreement shall commence when you accept it by completing the registration process. Lookforbeauty.com reserves the right to reject your application.
- Termination by You. You may terminate this Agreement upon 3 days notice.
- Termination by Lookforbeauty.com. Lookforbeauty.com may terminate this Agreement at any time for convenience in its sole discretion upon 3 days notice, or with immediate effect if you are deemed to have breached this Agreement.
- Post-Termination. Provided termination is not due to your breach of this Agreement, Lookforbeauty.com will pay any outstanding payments to you within 90 days of the termination date. Upon confirmation of termination, you will remove all Links immediately.
- Authorities.
- Authority. Each party confirms the person executing this Agreement is authorized to do so on such party’s behalf.
- English You accept that English is the language of this Agreement.
- Amendment. Lookforbeauty.com may amend this Agreement by notifying you by email to the address on your account.
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements.
- Your Liabilities. You agree to be held responsible for any disputes with third parties as a direct result of your negligence with no responsibility to Lookforbeauty.com
